The New Century Land staff manages multiple groups of lease brokers, title analysts, title attorneys, and right-of-way agents across Texas and Louisiana. They also prepare division orders and coordinate various operational personnel, such as surveyors, who must be carefully selected for their experience and expertise in specific areas of operations. The Land team manages to handle all these activities very professionally and efficiently. One of their tools is I-Landman, an online data base management application. This remote server portal allows real-time data entry from lease and title personnel and is administrated from New Century's offices.
