New Century made a new oil discovery in Jasper County, Texas in November. The first 2 wells drilled in the company's Permian Basin project in Glasscock County went on stream at 102 BOPD and 148 BOPD, respectively. A third is being completed and fourth is being drilled. New Century has had discoveries in Victoria, Wharton, Chambers, Victoria and Glasscock counties, Texas, and East Baton Rouge Parish, Louisiana. Last year we had oil and gas discoveries in Jackson, Brazoria, Calhoun, Lavaca, Chambers, Brooks and Colorado counties, Texas, and Calcasieu Parish, Louisiana.
New Century has significant investments in the Deep Bossier and Haynesville trends in Texas and Louisiana as well as the Permian Basin and many 3D projects in those same states.

KHOU Houston ran a documentary on oil and gas activities around Houston. It reported on a 3D seismic project in Harris County, Texas. The New Century #1 State of Texas was drilled shortly after and is producing gas from a Yegua channel sand.
