Clendon B. Caire received a B.S. in Petroleum Engineering from LSU and completed graduate courses in Petroleum Engineering, Mineral Law and Business Law from University of Louisiana. He began his career with Texaco and rose to become District Production Engineer, involved in drilling, completion, production and workover operations. He since worked for Cockrell Corporation and as Engineering Manager for Zinn Petroleum.

Clendon is highly experienced in the trends where New Century operates. He is instrumental in managing all aspects of New Century's operations, from well planning to drilling, completion and production. He orchestrates several teams of engineering professionals in each area where the company operates in Texas and Louisiana.
