Duncan DuBroff, Exploration Manager of New Century Exploration, received his B.S. degree in Geology from Florida State University in 1967. As an exploration geologist with almost 40 years of E&P experience, he has worked with both large and small independents and excels in generating and screening drilling prospects. He has previously been vice president of exploration/operations and also president of a small independent. He has extensive experience in both onshore Texas and Louisiana. During his career, Duncan has led teams responsible for the discovery of more than 240 BCF and 11 MMBO from eight field discoveries and six field extensions in Louisiana and Texas. Being a long time member of AAPG, SIPES, HGS, Onshore Exploration Independents, and Houston Producers Forum, he has a large professional network. Duncan is Chairman of the Hospitality Committee for the Houston Chapter of SIPES, and is the head of the ad hoc "Maps in Schools" committee. Duncan is a full time consultant and plays a key role at New Century Exploration. He also participates individually in most of New Century's projects. |
